Miso Aubergine

INGREDIENTS:

(Serves 1 please multiply if you’re making for more)
- 1 Small/medium aubergine
- miso paste (can get from any big supermarket)
- 1 teaspoon honey/ agave syrup
- sesame oil (can use veg oil)
- spring onion
- 2 fresh chillis
- 1 carrot
- red cabbage
- pak Choi (can use any greens)
- tahini
- soy sauce
- sesame seeds
- coriander (fresh if possible)
- foil to cook the aubergine
