FOUNDER of the GS Method and bespoke personal trainer.

The GS method is a holistic wellbeing platform that aims to bring all pillars of wellness together in one place, for easy accessible wellness tools. I founded this after teaching many Tim-poor corporates who found it very difficult to manage their stress levels and focus on their health.

I specialise in low impact, low stress but high burn workouts. My method keeps your stress hormones balanced whilst getting your body strong and supple. I also am passionate about lowering inflammation in the body and resolving musculoskeletal problems with. working your body from the inside out.

Before getting sober over nearly 5 years ago, I knew that I had to prioritise her mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. I started my journey of self discovery and it all changed from there. Hello, my name is Annalisa.

I am a fully qualified level 3 mat pilates instructor who is also trained in pre and post natal pilates.Coming from a Reflexologist background I have always been fansinated on how the body works, moves and how it responds to different forms of exercise. Since focusing on more Lower impact exercises I have notice such a difference in my over all wellbeing . My anxiety has decreased and I have discovered body strength I never knew I had. I am continuously learning and developing to educate others, on how to progress physically and emotionally through their fitness journey.

I come from a hugely diverse movement background and draw on the tools and techniques I’ve learned to effectively and holistically solve long standing aches, pains and injuries. I am a Registered Nutritionist with the AfN and passionate about both physical and mental wellbeing. Eating for health is extremely important however so is eating for enjoyment. I help people fall in love with food again and give them the tools they need to maintain a sustainable and healthy way of eating using a non diet approach.

Hormone expert.

I am a nutritionist and functional medicine consultant (dipCNM, AFMCP, mBANT, mCNHC) with a passion for diet and lifestyle medicine, working with clients throughout the UK as well as internationally, focusing on women's health.


My work is 100% personalised to you the client, using an evidence-based approach to dig deep into the root cause of symptoms, whether it be hormone imbalances, menopause, gut health, immune support, anxiety/depression, memory/brain fog, or low energy, in order to support you to make dietary changes, lifestyle modifications and supplements were necessary, to get you get back to feeling your best as soon as possible. I am also passionate about the power of preventive medicine and promoting optimal long-term health and longevity.

I am a 200 hr Qualified Yoga Teacher. I teach Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga. I have 50hr’s sequencing training to ensure my flows are innovative and diverse. I trained as a dancer growing up and I have a background in Psychology. My passion for holistic wellbeing and my interest in the mind-body link has led me to continue my Yoga studies and progress to a Masters in Nutrition at King’s College London to be able to offer a complete wellbeing experience for clients. You can expect to leave a flow with me feeling challenged, reenergised and calm.--
