Serves 2

For the curry:

  • 1 aubergine

  • 1 cauliflower

  • 1/2 mug peas

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1 can tinned tomatoes

  • 1 chilli

  • tumeric

  • cinnamon

  • cumin

  • chilli flakes

  • garam masala

  • rice to serve

For the naan:

  • 1 mug plain flour

  • 1 sachet of dried yeast

  • 4 tablespoons yoghurt (normal, soy or coconut)
