For the curry:
1 aubergine
1 cauliflower
1/2 mug peas
1 can coconut milk
1 can tinned tomatoes
1 chilli
tumeric
cinnamon
cumin
chilli flakes
garam masala
rice to serve
For the naan:
1 mug plain flour
1 sachet of dried yeast
4 tablespoons yoghurt (normal, soy or coconut)
