For the Moroccan buddha bowl you will need:

  • 1/2mug Quinoa/couscous

  • 1/2 can chickpeas

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt or plant-based alternative

  • almonds

  • 1 handful kale or spinach

  • harissa paste

  • tahini

  • paprika + smoked paprika

  • mint

  • chili fresh and flakes if you have

  • cumin

  • lemon

  • 1 egg (optional)
