Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:
4-5 tablespoons oats
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon protein powder
1 tablespoon blueberries
1 teaspoon agave/honey
1/2 mug oat milk
METHOD:
This recipe is incredibly easy and nutritious breakfast.
Place the oats into a jar or bowl and cover with the oat milk. Make sure the milk covers the oats fully, if not add more.
Stir in the protein and peanut butter until fully incorporated.
Lastly place the blueberries with the agave in a pan and heat until the blueberries begin to soften into a chunky jam texture. Place on the top of the oat mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
TIPS: Add seeds and nuts for a more filling meal.
