  • 8-9am - Wake Up

    Rise and shine! But first…coffee! Time to wake up slowly and sit in the rising sun for a while.

  • 9.30am-10.20am - Workout time

    GS Method class. Every class will be different and leave you feeling energised and ready for your day.

  • 10.30-11.30 - Brunch

    Enjoy a nourishing post-workout brunch in the sun. Refuel your body for the rest of the day!

  • Afternoon - Time for you or 1-1 private sessions

    Time for massage, sunbathing, paddle tennis, 1 to 1 sessions, boxing pads, walk to the beach, etc.

  • Afternoon - Light lunch snacks

    Throughout the afternoon you will be provided with healthy snacks and refreshments.

  • 6pm-7pm - Sunset de-stress class

    A mixture of stretching and breathwork to elongate the muscles and wind down the day.

  • 8pm - Sit down dinner

    Our chef will prepare a wonderful 2/3 course meal for you to enjoy and refuel.

  • ONE DAY EXTRAS

    Half a day boat trip 

    Mykonos town trip for dinner and drinks

    Scorpios sunset trip
